關於螺絲的大小事。

當你申請澳洲二簽後，如果被移民局抽查到要提供更多的文件做查驗時

通常會收到以下的信函告知你需要提供什麼文件以及需要注意的事項。

所有的文件表格都可以在移民局網站上下載。http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms

信裡的附件裡面其中一頁，會有這個正方形小框框旁邊寫著你需要補件的東西

很幸運的是這次我只需要補 Evidence of Specified work

這次教學是針對Specified Work Questionnaire指定問卷的教學

打開另一個附件會看到三頁的問卷

※建議是印下來手寫，寫完之後再掃描或拍照(要拍清楚)上傳
如果擔心照片不清楚的話，我是還有再把問卷轉成World檔用World打完全部資料再轉回PDF檔上傳
所以我總共上傳照片跟打字兩種版本

第一頁

1.   Applicant Name 申請人姓名

2.   Applicant Date of Birth 申請人生日

3.   Name of Employer 公司名稱

4.   Employer ABN 公司的ABN
5.   Name and address where specified work was carried
out? (Include postcode) 公司的地址(包含郵遞區號)
6.   What industry did you complete your specified work in?是在哪個行業完成的

8.   Contact details of employer? 公司的聯絡資料

Telephone:__________ 電話
Mobile: _____________ 手機
Email:_______________  信箱

9.   What was your job title? 工作職稱

10. List your specific duties 列舉工作內容

11. What dates did you start and finish working for this
employer? 工作開始日跟結束日

12. Did you work/

☐ Full time hours 全天班

☐ Part time hours 工讀

☐ Casual hours 臨時工

這裡我選第三個選項，基本上打工度假簽證的大多屬於Casual hours

13. How many days a week did you work? 一星期工作幾天
14. How many hours per day did you work? 一天工作幾小時

第3.4.5.8題可以再1263表格裡找到答案

第二頁

15. How many hours per week did you work? 一個禮拜上幾個小時
16. Did your employer provide you with a written work/employment contract? 公司有跟你簽訂合約嗎
(If yes, you must provide a copy of the work/employment contract) 如果有的話必須提供合約影本

這題建議如實回答，如果沒有的話也不會怎麼樣，因為大部分Casual公司是不太會簽訂合約的

17. Were you paid for this work? 你是否從這份工作中得到薪水
(From 1 December 2015 voluntary or WWOOF work is no longer acceptable for meeting the specified work requirement)

這題是說，因為從2015/12/1開始交換食宿的部分不算在集二簽的範圍內
因為交換食宿通常是沒有薪水的，所以這題要選YES

18. Did your employer provide you with payslips? 公司有提供薪資單嗎(如果有的話要上傳薪資單)
(An employer must give you a payslip within 1 day of your payday. You must provide payslips covering the entire period of work)

這題公司應該都有給薪資單吧所以肯定要填YES的，如果沒有薪資單的話也很難去證明下面的問題

然後記得上傳此工作期間內的薪資單

19. Did your employer pay you an hourly rate? 公司是以時薪的方式付你錢嗎

What was the hourly rate? 一小時多少錢

這題可以參考薪資單上面填寫的金額

20. Did your employer pay you depending on the volume you picked or packed? 公司是以計件的方式付你錢嗎
21. Did your employer provide you with a piece rate agreement? 是否有計件的合約(必須提供合約)
(You and your employer can agree that you will work for a‘piece rate of pay' . A piece rate agreement must be made before you start employment and it must be in writing. You must provide a copy of your piece rate agreement if you were paid by the piece)

這題如果不是計件的人就填NO

填寫YES的話基本上是必須要有合約的(可以傳mail回去公司問看看)，不然有時候薪水太少移民局也會合理懷疑你然後不給你通過

22. Did your employer make deductions from your wage. 公司有從你薪水扣錢嗎

23. How much was deducted? 扣了多少錢
24. What was this deduction for? 從你薪水裡扣了什麼錢

25. Were you aware of these deductions? 你知道公司從你薪水裡扣了這些錢嗎

26. Did you agree to these deductions? 你有同意扣款嗎
27. Did you agree to the deductions in writing before they occurred? 你是否有同意在這之前的其他扣款

(Employers cannot make deductions from your wages unless the deduction is for your benefit or is a legal requirement, for example, tax. Deductions must be agreed to in writing before they occur. If you agreed to deductions you must provide evidence of your agreement)

這個部分主要是針對公司不能隨便給員工扣錢，除非是稅收或法律要求，否則須要有書面同意

第22題如果填NO的話23~27題就不用再填寫或勾選

28. Did your employer provide you with accommodation? 你的公司有提供住宿嗎

29. How much did the accommodation cost? 住宿費多少錢

30. What kind of accommodation was provided? 提供甚麼類型的住宿

31. How many people stayed in the same accommodation? 多少人住一起

32. Did you have to stay in the provided accommodation to get work? 是否需要住在這裡才能得到這份工作(綁住宿的意思)

33. Did you feel safe and comfortable in the accommodation? 你住的安全或舒適嗎

34. Did you feel the amount you were charged was reasonable? 你覺得價錢合理嗎

如果第28題填NO的話第29~34題就不用再填寫或勾選

住宿這幾題我個人覺得是陷阱題，所以就算你是要綁住宿的也建議你勾選NO會比較保險

填空題

1. Additional information about your work completed with this employer: 可以補充你在這間公司上班的其他信息

2. If you wish to raise any concerns with your employment conditions, accommodation, deductions or access to work please provide details below. 可以提出關於公司方面的任何問題

其實這兩題也是陷阱題，基本上空著的話應該是沒什麼影響

給我的感覺是要誘導你寫一些關於這間公司不好的地方，要是你真的寫了一些移民官覺得不OK的東西他可能會去抽查這間公司是否合法等等的

避免麻煩發生我們可以就寫公司正向的部分就好，也可以補充一些關於你在公司的工作內容啦之類的

舉例：This company attaches great importance on employee training,welfare and education. It is a good company.

以上就是我的補件分享，這是我個人的案例不代表每個人都要跟我填的一樣喔!!

還是要依照自己本身的情況填寫。

另外，記得一併上傳上面有提到的薪資單或合約(如果勾選YES的話)

如果可以的話最好是連薪資銀行進帳明細或當地消費紀錄的銀行明細也一併附上

總之越能證明自己二簽的文件都附上當然最好!!
